Trina then went on to find my brother and his wife the perfect townhouse in Bishop Arts and got them under contract before the huge buying frenzy. Even after leaving her brokerage who did not pay her, she kept them under contract to ensure they would not be subject to the higher price implemented on these new builds. Through it all, she did her job and served them well. Although she was promised this commission, her former brokerage, again, chose not to pay after closing.
